Sarah Quist
Public Speaking Coach, Actor, Singer & Confidence Expert

Hi there! I’m Sarah Quist and I’m here to help you boost your public speaking confidence, develop powerful stage presence, and overcome the nerves that often come with speaking in front of others. I’ve worn many hats over the years, and each one has contributed to the skills and passion I bring to my coaching today. My Background in the Arts

My journey began in the world of acting and singing — and although I never quite made it as a disco dancer (though I’ll still bust a move every now and then!), I’ve always had a passion for performing. I trained at RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art), one of the UK’s most prestigious drama schools, and went on to perform with world-renowned companies such as the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) and The National Theatre. As a singer, I’ve had the privilege of performing across the globe, an experience that has deepened my understanding of stage presence and performance techniques.

What I Do Now:

Today, I’m the founder of Quist Coaching, where I focus on helping individuals and professionals enhance their public speaking, develop charisma, and build the confidence to shine in any situation. I also work as a TED Talk Speaker Coach and TEDx Curator, guiding speakers to deliver impactful talks that inspire and engage audiences.

Additionally, I wear a variety of other creative hats:

Why I Do What I Do:

I’ve been where you are — struggling with low confidence and imposter syndrome. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to step into the spotlight and own the room. But I also know that with the right guidance and support, anyone can develop the skills to overcome their fears and become a confident, compelling speaker.

Through my work, I aim to help individuals unlock their potential, whether they're preparing for a TED talk, an important presentation, or simply looking to communicate more effectively in their day-to-day lives. Confidence coaching isn’t just about techniques — it’s about empowering you to own your space and shine in every situation.
